Wild Grass and Circles

Never thought I would say it but actually, I really love this shot... it was a garden ornament I saw out at 'Forever Florida' and surrounded by tall weeds... I liked how out in the grass there was this thing sitting there... the more I look at it, the more I like it...

Yes, I know that some of the photos are 'big' but I seem to have so much on my plate of doing stuff I wasn't going to mess around with making them smaller...

Well, after having finding out today they are finally up to our month in the adoption and basically 3 days from our date... so, if things go the way they are now... we could hear something by January/February 2010... fingers crossed things keep going smoothly the way they are. Our agency is even sending us papers to get ready for our call... quiet exciting... like I said... our fingers are crossed all keeps going well.

I can see why, Fliss. I adore Mother nature, her beauty, and the fact that despite mankind thinking he's the boss, actually she is. I love to see nature reclaiming what is rightfully hers. Given time, the flowers, trees, weeds and grass all grow up and over anything that man puts in her way, and the results, like this splendid photograph, can be beautiful and spectacular.

Fliss, this is so calm and peaceful looking, I can certainly understand why the more you look at it, the more you like it!!! It's quite lovely.....

@Susan: Oh... it is true... the more I was looking at it the more I couldn't walk away... it was just so interesting... my hubby on the other hand saw it as a rusty thing... to me, the rust made it more interesting...
