Honest John's Fish Camp

Just down the road from me... this has been around for quiet a while and the fish camp past down the generations... nothing nicer then to go and sit on the pier and just watch dolphins, manatees etc...

Yes, I know that some of the photos are 'big' but I seem to have so much on my plate of doing stuff I wasn't going to mess around with making them smaller...

Well, after having finding out today they are finally up to our month in the adoption and basically 3 days from our date... so, if things go the way they are now... we could hear something by January/February 2010... fingers crossed things keep going smoothly the way they are. Our agency is even sending us papers to get ready for our call... quiet exciting... like I said... our fingers are crossed all keeps going well.

@Lorraine: This place is just down the road from me... it has been around that long and it is where I go to find the dolphins (a few photos back) playing around and also you can find Manatees swimming around... I am running out of photos at this one... I have been so busy at work I have to dig through some older ones...

@Judy: If memory serves me Judy... you did go down here... it was going down toward the Inlet and you had to drive down a dirt road past an old orange grove and into the Fish Camp... I love it down there.

Sure does look like the place is well settled in . . but it would not surprise me if that tractor started first press of the button !

@Ronnie 2¢: Ummmm... will have to check that out next time I am down there... see if that tractor is modified and it is all a big lie... :)

With his crakled paint, the tractor seems to be as old as the sign.

@vu@granby Gilles Martineau: I am not sure what is older down at this Fish Camp, the sign, the building (that was nearby) or the tractor but it is nice down there.
